The Ward County Sherrif's Department is investigating a train/pedestrian accident which occured in Foxholm, North Dakota.
The accident occurred in the early morning hours of August 24, 2022. A 68-year-old man from Foxholm was killed.
The incident is still under investigation and the name is being withheld until notification of next of kin.
