Minot — After going 1-3 in their last four games the Minot Vistas welcomed the Moorhead Blues to Corbett Field Saturday.

The Vistas opened the scoring right away in the bottom of the 1st as a leadoff single by Morgan Nygaard and a walk by Kellan Burke set up the Vistas nicely as they would both score later in the inning on a pair of Blues errors.

The Vistas added two more runs in the bottom of the 3rd, one of the runs coming off the triple by Hunter Ruzicka. A Tyler Collins single would drive in the second run of the inning.

Vistas Starting Pitcher Talon Hebert put up a solid outing on the mound tossing 4 shutout innings on 2 hits, 2 strikeouts, and 2 walks. The Vistas host Williston Monday before hosting the Justin Demary Memorial Tournament starting on Thursday and running until Sunday.
